Pink Puppies and Perky Plants

Today is Roxxie's birthday! In honor of her third birthday, we decided to do something completely logical...we dyed her pink.


its hard to tell because the dye is so light, but she is a beautiful light pink puppy on her special day!

Aside from that goofiness, I have finally started on my summer resolutions. I have planted and successfully started growing several varieties of herbs and veggies!

Peas


Chives


Wax Beans and Green Beans

I haven't pictured the Mint plant because it has failed to sprout. Anyone out there have suggestions? Horticulturalists? Please?

Also, last week my boyfriend came to visit and he picked out a nice bamboo plant from an amazing Asian shop in our local mall. I named it Charles for unknown reasons.



two weeks from now I plan on starting yoga again, completing another of my summer resolutions. I am also going to try to bike and walk more. Its too nice outside to stay inside all day (which I find myself doing a lot of).

Have anyone else made summer resolutions? How are they going?
